We are accepting resumes for an opening as a Sales Support in our Produce Sales Office located at 2900 Lopez Dr., Arroyo Grande, CA.
July 12, 2021 – November 13, 2021 (end date subject to change depending on season duration)
June 21 – August 27: 6:30am to 1:00pm, Monday – Friday (possibly later)
August 30 – November 12: 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday – Friday
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong knowledge and familiarity with Excel, Outlook, Word and Publisher
- Ability to work and focus in a fast-paced environment
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to positively interact with different personality types
- General Office and Computer knowledge
- Maintain, update, and reconcile daily/weekly excel spreadsheets
- Heavy data entry and data reconciliation
- Answer phone calls and interact with customers and vendors
- General office work and assisting other departments when needed
