Food safety counts
Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and Good Handling Practices (GHP) audits verify adherence to the recommendations made by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and industry-recognized food safety practices. We conduct monthly internal audits as well as yearly independent third-party audits with state-of-the-art PrimusLabs.
Our trace-back program brings transparency to the farmer-customer relationship with 100% accuracy. Starting in the field and continuing throughout packing and shipping, our traceability system can quickly discover, isolate and address threats to food safety.
